Following the meeting hosted by Michael Paul Consultancy at The Retreat on 7 July we wanted to remind parish residents that no Planning Application for this potential development has been submitted to Wychavon District Council (WDC) as yet.
While members of the public are always welcome to attend the public question time from 7.30pm – 7.45pm, because no Planning Application has been received from WDC for the Parish Council to consider, it will not be an item for discussion at the Parish Council meeting on 20 July.
Whilst the Parish Council meeting planning agenda item includes reference to the proposals, this was to allow for the situation where an application was received during the period between the agenda being issued and the meeting being held. After the meeting on 20 July, the next scheduled Parish Council meeting will be held on 28 September.’
