Further to yesterday’s information reference the closure of Brockhill Lane.
Local knowledge suggests that the leak has been repaired and the Lane is open.
A telephone call to Severn Trent confirms that according to “the system” work was completed ahead of schedule by 7am this morning but follow on work is required. Unfortunately they were not able to say exactly what that follow on work was and whether the Lane still needed closing.
As the Lane is open today we can only assume that closure will NOT be required but we will let you know if the official advice changes that.
