When taking on a plot an offer letter and tenancy agreement will be sent out by the assistant clerk.
The plot holder(s) then enters into an allotment contract from September to August (pro rata for the first year should the plot be taken on mid year).
The bills are sent out during the Autumn of each year – payment of the bill is taken as receipt to the terms of the current tenancy agreement.
